To ensure the safety of all patients and our health care team we are following the recommendations:
Prior to Surgical Treatment
· Every patient should be screened for COVID-19 5 days prior to surgery. No referral is necessary. Remember to bring your Health Card. Please advise the Assessment Clinic that the test is for preoperative consideration and to prioritize the test.
· Patients should be advised that physical isolation should be maintained from the time of testing until the surgical date.
· Please bring your COVID-19 test results with you to your surgery appointment. You can access your test results online at https://covid19results.ehealthontario.ca:4443/agree. The results are generally posted between 2 – 7 days after testing.
Starting Tue, October 6, Covid-19 Assessment Centres are by appointment only. Contact the respective centre below to book a testing appointment.
